THIS book was good though! Actually, the first 2/3rds of it I was loving it. This genre has a tough time balancing old school chivalry stuff with modern ideals that women are smart and kick ass - all without being super redundant in storyline.
I still will read them, but its cringey sometimes. Anyway, I admit my snobbery sometimes gets stuck right at the cover of some of these books, as awful as that sounds. I like these books in-between the usual ones I read (lets face it SO MANY books are set during WWII which can get tiring, even though they are awesome, and I like non-fiction mixed in too and need a lighter read after some of those too).
